Bridgett Neely, Founder and President of Firefly Energy Consulting, has more than 20 years of experience advising on strategic, economic, and policy issues in the clean energy segment.
Bridgett has extensive experience supporting public, private and nonprofit clients developing strategies, policies and programs to advance clean energy initiatives across North America. She has helped state and local governments expand and deepen their clean energy policies and programs, as well as incubating and launching energy efficiency and smart grid programs, such as Dallas 2030, BuildSmartNY and New York Energy Manager (NYEM). She is currently supporting America's Climate Cities Challenge as a consultant on innovative financing mechanisms.
Bridgett also advises private sector companies about how to grow their activities in light of changing federal, state and local legislation, policies and regulations in the clean energy sector.
Bridgett received a Masters in International Affairs from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA) and a Bachelors in International Relations from Tufts University.
